DC rapper Wale on Solange in this months Honey Magazine:

"I do love her," he admits of Solange, flashing a Chesire. "We're friends. She's amazing. She's a good person. Any single mother contributing to society the way she does - I got a lot of love for them. She's got to do a lot on her own and raise a young black man in this day and age so my hat goes off to her. She's definitely an anomaly and the way she can do that and manage to do the same things that I complain about having to do."

His affection is as obvious as set of flushed cheeks. And impossibly adorable. Wale, the former mixtape rapper from inner city DC, is borderline giddy. "Did you interview Solange about me?" Wale asks. He's sprawled across his bed; head practically buried in the pillow. "Did she smile when you mentioned my name?"

The general perception is that I am crazy, maybe? That I am attention-seeking, but I think everyone can say that I'm smart. At least I think I a come across smart. I don't really know (laughs) because I don't really care.

I'm typically one of those people who's never hung over. I really try to be responsible with my drinking. I just kind of deal with it.

Who's closet would you raid if you had the chance to do it?
Probably Bjork. It would be a tie between her and Grace Jones, but I think I'd have to go with Bjork because over the years there have been so many different phases and extremes and color. I am a person who loves color and I think it's the most beatiful backdrop for life.

BEYONCE turns to her sister SOLANGE KNOWLES for advice, because she's had so much more "life experience" than the R&B superstar.The singer's younger sibling wed her high school sweetheart and had a baby by the age of 18. She has since gone through a divorce. The Crazy In Love hitmaker, who is married to rapper Jay-Z, admits she turns to 23-year-old Solange to help her through her own personal problems because she's so much more knowledgeable. Beyonce says, "She gives me a lot of advice because she's had some life experiences that I've never had." Last week, Solange shaved her hair off as part of a protest against interviewers who constantly ask her about her famous sister.

Michelle desperate to leave Mathew

I have recieved three different emails from three different sources who are saying the same thing: Michelle wants to leave MWE and no longer have Mathew as her manager. This week Michelle made a video claiming that she had "Ego" first but "gave" (more like Mathew stole it) to Beyonce for her album.

Michelle has been letting alot slip lately saying that she was unhappy with the promotion of her third album. Personally, I agree. She should have had more promo and more hits. "Hello Heartbreak" has still no release date and no one knows if it isnt being released any longer.

Michelle is said to be tired of not being able to spread her wings to full capacity. All the good gigs go to Solange or Beyonce and she feels shut out. The days of DC and playing background are over. Michelle is a solo artist and she is ready to shine.

Yesterday we all saw the new hair cut Solange is sporting. Well interestingly enough LaTavia took to her twitter page and decided to blast Solange for her new do. Here is what she had to say:

According to Star Tribune reporter C.J. who was reviewing a Beyonce concert,Solange, who is an opening act for Beyonce, made a big miscalculation when asking the audience at one of the concerts how many had her new album. Few hands were raised, and one voice came from a guy who said, "Your Daddy doesn't even have your record."

Update: This happened at the Minneapolis concert that was on July 16.

There is no doubt in my mind that Solange loves her son but is she penning him up to be the next big star? Slowly he is emerging into the mainstream media as a child to be watched. Every other celeb seems to want to protect their children from the media spotlight but not fame whore Solange.

How does she know what her boy wants? Maybe he doesnt want to be propelled into the media spotlight, he is hardly in a position to execute that fact in an adult fashion considering he is still achild... she seems to be just pushing him towards it. Personally, I think it is disgusting.... whoring your child out to the media can only bring them problems and woes.

Michelle goes against Beyonce?

I feel the rumblings of Michelle who is about to rebel against the Knowles. I hope so... in a recent interview when asked about Beyonce and Kelly's successful careers she replied:

" you cannot depend on your label and your management for 100% backing. Destiny's Child, we're all solo. There's no reason why A, B and C can't have their own levels of success in lanes A, B and C. I might get in trouble for saying that but, oh well. "

If they gave Michelle and not Solange and Beyonce some decent songs then maybe she would have a number one. Dump Mathew ffs!

Beyonce’s little sister took to her twitter the other day and made it known to all, her sister is off limits!

Someone on Twitter contacted Solange and asked her to “‘please make Beyonce go away”. Well that was enough to send Lil sis to Beyonce’s defense and understandably so.

Here is what Solange wrote for all tweeters to read:

Solange Knowles hates the way she looks when she sings. The 23-year-old singer - sister of "Halo" star Beyonce - stopped halfway through her performance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans last weekend and demanded a paparazzo stop taking photos of her.
As the audience looked on in amazement, Solange shouted: "Mr. Photographer, you are making me self-conscious. I swear I make the same stupid three faces over and over again, so please leave me be."
