We Had Found It. Fake Fendi Paradise.

I have confession and I am dying to share it. I've been doing it for six years and I think it's time I came clean. when I see a bag that I love and cannot live without I first ask to try it on then examine the bags insides(that's what really matters) and do a little quick estimation of the measurements. I then look at the price tag. Ahh $2,400 again! Why, why, why does this keep happening to me? It's called expensive taste and well there's nothing I can do about that. The smell, and gorgeous soft lambskin, the stunning hardware......I just fiend for it. I HAVE to have it. So here's what I have been keeping from most of you-besides by friends of course-I have a handful of fake bags. Can you tell? Absolutely not. There is an art to getting a good fake and it especially does NOT involve a trip to Canal Street. It involves precise information, measurements, serial numbers, color of lining, and of course making sure the outside of the bag has the correct color, layers, and precise placement of label if there is one. I'm going to show you some of my favorite bags. Some I have, some I do not. I am ONLY showing you the fake ones and helping you do what I have a great talent in doing; Being able to get a fake that looks even better than the real. It takes practice but I promise you can do it too and I am here to help! It's also important that you have a couple REAL bags in your collection too. You don't want to look like a fake bag only kinda girl! I can never tell my reals from my fakes so believe me I sure do know what I am going here.

Let's being with my 1st love and my 1st fake purchase. The Balenciaga. After doing tons of research and getting everything right I soon received my favorite bag I have ever bought(it really is and I still wear it constantly up until today!). My Red large motorcycle de lix. I purchased in February of 2005. These beautiful pieces of art fun anywhere from around $1,400-$2,300. Mine? $276

After I fell in love even more after I purchased the Red one I later went on and by the fall I had the bag in a large White and a medium Deep Blue.

Now onto the Valentino's. I hadn't thought much about Valentino's until we received a small collection in my Nordstrom. I instantly was blown away as soon as I put this patent leather Red bow clutch in my hand one day. It's been love ever since
. I do not currently have a Valentino but it's on my "to get next" list. Enjoy the beauty below.

Onto a bag that I just HAD TO HAVE. I have a fairy obsession and I think I saw this in person at my Sak's a long long time ago and just KNEW instantly it had to be mine. I got all the information about the Prada and took a photograph in my head. later on that night the bag was being ordered through my favorite site in Sept. of '07. It's a magical bag and I'm sure most of you have seen it with my in my photos because I use it like it's going out of style!

Now not only do I love my fairy bag but there are a few others by Prada that are to die and on my list to get get soon! Enjoy.

Ohh soo pretty......Moving on though. This next bag I had just purchased. We have a store here in Pittsburgh, PA that surprisingly carries Givenchy bags. One time while I was at Burberry I saw the most interesting bag that looked like the leather was just about to melt into butter it was so subtle. I asked where she had had gotten the bag and who it was by and she told me it was Givenchy and from then on I wanted a Givenchy like no tomorrow. As you can see my most of my choices here, there is nothing i hate more than labels all over your bag. If you have a nice bag believe me people can tell. There is no need to stamp CD or LV or the Gucci label all over it. It's tacky and gross. So I just bought this and am expecting it any day now. The photo is in the pebble leather but I ordered in in lambskin. Perfect everyday huge black bag! I got it for $180 instead of the $2,200 it goes for.

I just want to show you these because they are just fabulous and my Chloe wallet that i have been using for 6 years really needs a replacement so I decided the new Tory Burch continental wallet was the way to go. I was going to just spend the $200 and get it directly from Tory Burch but then while looking on my site I found the wallet ranging from $35-$85 plus shipping. Total score. Don't you just love???

I'm still in the mist of the Neon Orange or the beautiful shade of Blue. What do you guys think?

Okay now here is what you have all been waiting for. My special websites that I know do a great job and are sent to you directly from lovely China where this is what they do for a living. Every stitch is in it's place and the leather is to die. I haven't ever received something that was not perfect so that's why I think you all should know about this. The key though is to get the higher price point. If you see the bag selling for $125 by one seller and $205 from another seller, believe me there is a reason. Spend that extra money and get the better quality. Here are my two favorite links:

http://www.ioffer.com/ & www.dforeplicahandbags.com/

All Balenciaga's please purchase through the DFO site. He is amazing and yes they do cost around $200-$300+ they are worth every penny. For everything else try ioffer. So many sellers! See who you like and like I said NEVER get the cheap stuff. You'll want to throw it away anyways so put the money into it. Owning a mixture of fake and real bags, I believe is the way to go. If you have any questions at all on how to get the measurements, see the inside of the real, or just anything at all.....please message me!

Peace & Balenciaga, Prada, Valentino, Givenchy, and Tory

Vogue Vogue Vogue Vogue

I'm in crazy high fashion mode so due to that we are going to do 2 "November Must Haves" and dedicate this one just to wardrobe(imagine you have endless money). Bring it!

November Must Haves-Fashion Edt.
Halston Heritage 'Alice' Stingray Embossed Pleated Leather Clutch-It's a must must must. I just got this bag and I think if the bag and I didn't find eachother that something would always be missing in my heart. That's how much I am love with it. $245

Reverse Knit Sweater by John Varvatos-Boys you will thank me for this one. Now 1st off I will try to find a more affordable version of this but if not(and usually you just can't when you find a really exceptional piece) but every man needs a great cable knit cashmere sweater as a staple in their closet anyways. $598

Harness Mid Top Sneaker by Dior Homme-Sneaks for the true ballers. These grained leather black Diors will leave you far in front of the pack. I'll try to get a photo of these for all my fashion boys out there but if not you can find them at www.barneys.com. Considering women, myself included, think it's perfectly fine to drop this amount of a pair of Loubs then I believe it is fine for you to drop this on really kick ass sneaks. $760

Thigh High Satin Boots by Stella McCartney-OMGLEE!!!! is all I have to say. I might be dead due to these. $1,045

Rib-Sleeved Wool-Blend Coat by Preen Line-Most of you know or probably already have an inkling about how I feel about Preen and Preen Line. It's just a can't touch line. Just like this coat. It's totally hands off. No other designer can touch on this. It's fucking fabulous! $1,075

Nightengale Bag by Givenchy-I'm in deep infatuation with this bag. I know that I may never own one but I'm so far gone with it that I still look at it everyday. It's like the Balenciaga motorcycle de lix bag. It just that perfect bag. There are quite a few different versions of this bag, mine being the Large Old Pepe Nightingale.
$2,020
The 51-30 Crono by Nixon-This watch is soo masculine and hot that it just screams do me. I think any guy would love to get this for themselves or as a gift from their woman. Trendy but yet timeless looking, this custom 300 meter high-polish stainless steel case with hardened mineral crystal is absolute perfection. It comes in this gorg charcoal grey color. Soo kick ass. $500

Printed Silk Mini Dress by Emilio Pucci-Everyone needs some Pucci in their closet. And to start with a long sleeve mini with a classic Pucci print and style, is just the way to go. Ever since I watched Nikki Hilton's closet confession video, I have been studying and obsessing over this fashion house like it is my job. Now I'm a full out Pucci girl. One of my favorite lines ever. $2,095

Okay now everyone breathe. I know it's hard after seeing all that fabulousness at once. I'm still trying to breathe myself. So there it was for you to take it all in, learn, and love. Lesson to be learned here is-Treat yourself every once and a while. For me, fashion is my love and one of the things that I carry a huge passion for so I consider it art. Always treat yourself to what you love. You only live once......Shop with HEART!!!!

Ohh....I'm A Material Girl

Yes, okay it's true. You don't have to beat it out of me. I have a shopping addiction. But not just any shopping addiction, my shopping addiction is to the finer things in life. I mean why go to Forever 21 when across street is BCBG MaxAzria or why go to Aldo when you can get fabulous Jimmy Choos at Saks? And why get a necklace from anywhere but Tiffany's??(ok the last was was a lie because I do actually not like Tiffany's at all besides there diamonds. And their Diamonds are beyond....) Anyways! So let me just put you in my shoes for a day. What you're about to experience is highly fucked up but it's a true life of a shopaholic.

And zone out.......you're at work. Of course you work in fashion and of course you work in upscale fashion. You leave your store of Burberry to go next door for your 15 min break. You run into LV and kiss kiss everyone then tell them what you have in mind for this week. "Something fab that no one else would even think of having. Omg yes that's it! Ohh it's Limited Edition! Perfect. OMG. Yes. Bye bye kiss kiss." You return to work with your special smirk on your face letting all of your coworkers know that you are up to no good. You count down the next 2 1/2 hours till you go to lunch. And to fill the time you do try on's of the new London Spring Collection pieces that have just arrived. "Well I'm going to have to get this and if I get this I want this to go with. Ugh okay so how much would that be with my discount.....$1140. Well I mean that's totally worth it. These two are classic pieces I will wear for the rest of my life ya know?" Your friends give you the face of disgust in your shopping criteria. And for some reason none of their thinking ever relates to yours so you ignore and stare at the cocktail dress with matching ruffled trench. Perfect buy!

Yes! It's lunch hour. A whole hour......totally not to be used on things such as eating!!! You have things on hold in the Saavy Dept. at Nordstroms and you have to go grab and pay for the canvas/leather/thick chained LV bag that is being wrapped for you. *Note-Always get everything wrapped so at least when you feel down about yourself(maybe cause you spent your entire paycheck in one day), you can look at all the lovely gifts that you bought just for you in the corner of your room.) Grab bag, kiss kiss, and off to Saavy. Perfect timing.....50 min to go! Finally at Saavy you see all your favorite girls who of course no you by name, size, and always giving great commission. I mean hello you have a sick bod and are a perfect 2. Life couldn't get much sweeter than that when you are shopping high end. Everything fits you perfect so it's always a win win situation. Ohh now you remember what's on hold. The girls put away your fav Mike & Chris leather jacket that you've been craving for a month now and it just went to %50 off. $500 always beats $1000 you think. What if you never find this jacket anywhere else and miss out on this opportunity? You can't let that happen!!! Ohh and the girls are so great they already pulled a brand new dress from Alice & Olivia, 2 James Perse tees, a huge sweater wrap and mini skirt from Elizabeth & James, and the D&G corset that is to die for that just went on sale! Perfect!!!! No to the Alice & Olivia and fuck D&G for making a size 38 zip maybe only 3 inches up my back! And the girls can't locate it in a 40 Black anywhere!!! Ugh this sucks. Okay okay no prob whatever. I'll take the rest! You just love it. Ohh and please hang all and dress bag them. Kiss kiss goodbye! OMG did you just spend all that? This is totally why you don't bother with looking at the receipt. Too depressing. Run into Juicy Couture and grab that Chain Rocker looking bracelet you've been eyeing.

You head back into work with bags in tow and tell everyone that you got the greatest deals(LIE-you only bought 1 thing on sale), and brag about where you are going to where them too. Another 4 hours of work......blah blah blah. You put the pieces you pulled earlier back on the floor because they are just going to have to wait until next paycheck because this one might be almost done. Let's call PNC and check! OMG $72. WTF! How the hell did you spend almost $$$$$$$$ today? Ehh whatever you love your things. You have your last and final 15 min break of the day and just thinking that you burned through your paycheck is making you want to burn through this last $72. You head over to Sephora and grab some your favorite Bliss scrub and cream in Orange and Black Pepper. Ok now it's all gone. Time to relax.

Andddddddd.........yes that used to be me! I don't know how I used to do that and not even blink an eye about it. I was absolutely crazy. And I didn't stop after the malls......I went home and shopped for my favorite designers online as well. Don't you worry. Now I do still carry a shopping problem but I am getting much better with it. Or at least I am trying VERY hard. Well especially because the unemployment checks aren't really racking in for much extra than the necessities. Now I use my Victorias Secret $10 off coupons. Only go to the Saavy dept. to say hi to your friends that used to dress me.(ok and maybe grab 1 thing) And skip out on all the trips to Sak's and Shayside. I think I actually bought enough in the past 3 years to truly keep me on the best dressed list for quite some time. A treat to me today isn't a Burberry Trench but rather a new Chanel polish or costume jewelry from Kate Spade. Not what I would exactly dream of but hey my extravagant buying really just gave me a high for the day. And now, being happy and well, I have a happiness high almost all of the time. I think I got the better deal!

Peace & Shopping
