Chanel No. 9 Running Through My Veins

This one goes out to all the boys and men out there that aren't gay. You have no idea how to shop. Gay boys you may skip this blog because I mean well you do have better style then most of us.......okay all of us!

When guys think of gifts.....especially large gifts they want to get for there girlfriends or wives then think logically and use that good old rational right side of the brain. Diamond necklace, Louis Vuitton Bag(barf), or you call your buddies who are just as bad as you unless you work in the theatre and arts, and they tell you "yeah buddy she'll really like that. Good thinking. I guess I'll just do that for my girlfriend too." I can't count how many sad sad gf's and wives that wear that damn "forever" heart neckless! **EXAMPLE BELOW

Yes! This one! To all the females that read this how many of you all have this exact Tiffany's Heart Pendent? Or not even out of the page but just in general, how many girls a day do you see walking around with this on? And listen this is just my opinion but thankfully I have never been given this because I think everyone I've dated know I despise hearts and despise anything ordinary. But you know if Hearts from Tiffany's are your think then that's cool but you have to realize there are some really cool awesome LARGE gifts out there. You kind have to get it on your own or hint and then in 2 years they should bee fully adjusted to your likes and dislikes. And no bad marks on Tiffany's. When I used to work next door to Tiffany's, I literally had "Lunch Hour at Tiffany's" and would sit there in the "good" room(that's the 1st room you walk into at most Tiffany's. It's full of the most beautiful diamonds that one would ever want to see), and try on everything fabulous. They even tried to talk me out of my 3 caret engagement ring but telling me I was too tiny but I insisted that that Tiffany Setting 3 Carat in a size four looked fabulous! I have such long skinny fingers its just gross but anyways. I mean that was fun and all but really I'm much more of a Van Cleef and Tacori girl.

Today we are going to be extraordinary and get our Chanel on. Not a bag, not a fragrance, and unfortunately not any of the fabulous clothes but something close......Chanel Jewelry and Vintage Chanel Jewelry! You know when you go to Chanel Boutique at Sak's and you're so overwhelmed by all the beautiful rare Chanel bags that you never really get a chance to spend that much time on the jewelry? And then when you do, some of the pieces from the jewelry collection are almost as much as the bags so you say "Ohh I just can't" and walk away. This is where you guys can come in!!! Instead of those Jewelry stores at the mall get her something eccentric. And the 1st example of that would be a good starter would be a piece of Chanel Jewelry. It's something that we never get to get for ourselves but something that we long for very much. Believe me......you'll win hubby/bf of the year! Here are a few pieces I pulled so take a glance and if you have any questions just write me. Everyone gets Tiffany Hearts and LV bags. Be different!

Fa-fa-fa-fa-FASHION!

Get the look! This simple outfit here can turn heads with a nice price point that won't put you out of a whole paycheck. I chose the all natural(just wearing my bedtime pimple cream) look for my hair and make up this evenin haha but this would also look fab with a very smokey eye using Freakshow and Purple Haze shadows by Urban Decay, DiorShow mascara, and Bobbi Brown Gel Pot in Black Violet! Along with sexy wavy bed hair!

Start off with a simple black romper. This is a silk blend black short sleeved button up mini shorts romper by Lucca Couture at $58. Nude Fishnet tight with back Black Seam. $18. Jeffrey Campbell sliced ankle boots at $158. And a gray with black ribbon Fedora by BCBG at $125. This is the exact look in the photo. Now you can also do this look for way less. Try Target for adorable hats, Forever 21 for a great sexy black romper, Seamed Fishnets at overstock.com, and Wedged booties by Guess, Jessica Simpson, or Nine West.

Also the must add that I forgot to throw on when I took this photo this evening was the phenomenal 'No Sleep Till Brooklyn' over sized Black and Gold bangle by Kate Spade at $79. Try Guess jewelry for something fun and similar for a lower price point.

If you have any looks you would love to tell the readers of And Who Are You Again? please email me at sarah.hollock@gmail.com

I'm the Bee's Knee's, His Legs, and His Arms......Ima Superstar

Here's a little peep show of some of my secret pieces I collected over the summer. Obviously this doesn't look fantastic because I did most of the pics on my own with my newly downloaded "Camera One" app onto my iPhone(don't DL it. I don't get it and the features I have no idea how to work.)

Shown Left: Fallon Jewelry Crystal Lariat Necklace. It's a must. Or it's a must if your me. I love really different pieces like this. Perfect with a tee or with mini dress and boots. $178 shopbop.com
These were an absolute necessary for summer and the upcoming season of fall. There are a zillion variations but you have to love what you choose so I say, yes do definitely keep it in your budget and if you must go up some go up. But not too much. You see now this is a TREND. It will be dead and gone in a year or two so don't go and get the Dolce & Gabanna's or the Givenchy's(best ides is just not to go on ANY fabulous shoe sites esp. net-a-porter. Then you won't have to see what you definitely cannot have.) Keep it amazing with the leather and design and try something like Kristin Cavalari and I both have; Jeffrey Campbell wedge ankle boots.

You'll be getting stopped by everyone and yes you may have a few ankle twists you're 1st time out due to the 5 inch heel we're dealing with, it's all worth it! LOVE this line of shoes by Jeffrey Campbell. And these beauties were around $150. Perfect price point!

My next summer purchase that I love and will share is pretty kick ass. I got this on sale or otherwise would have never been able to get it. But once you see it you'll understand why when it wasn't on sale yet I was pouting big time. I'm a t-shirt girl. And over time I've collected a lot of pretty sweet white tees. This one takes the cake though! Ohh and remember the entire back is completely torn just like the front right side. It's kinda a little shorter then tunic length and totally gives a great cling to the curves due to the silk of the material. Totally hot with a black bra. Pure by Raw 7
This next piece was just a total random score on my part. I was at one of the cute consignment shops I take my darlings duds to when I am done with them for someone else to flaunt when someone must have been looking over me because I picked up this little number!

Just a little Prada dress. Yes you are just as happy as I was! Now I always find amazing designers at this shop but still are usually priced to high (I also had a cute DVF chiffon dress in my hand for $200 something but I mean really, no thanks). This is the back of the dress which you can see is complete mesh with an awesome exposed zipper. It is quite the mini dress and yes you can see the top of your underwear through the mesh so make sure you coordinate. On the right or left bottom side there is a Prada label in red rubber. Sporty, perfect, thrown on dress! Price-$65

And since were on the subject I'll add on another total score I purchases at a consignment shop. (I'm sooo thrifty! hahaha) This was screaming 80's but it was also screaming my name because I adore the designer. I didn't use it much(this was bought last summer). Now I use it all the time because cross body bags are soo in and this little guy is FABULOUS for the trend.
This off white, gold labeled, Givenchy bag ala "American Psycho", is just another reason why consignment shops are a must to do in your shopping lifestyle. Yes, it is definitely 'gently used' but that's the whole point! You don't want to look like you went out and dropped a couple grand on a bag from the 80's! Lovee this bag. Price-$50

I have a scarf addiction. We all know it. And the longer the better. My favorite is this Chan Luu grey and turquoise cotton summer scarf that comes down to my ankles. Literally maybe the love of my life(scarf wise that is). Here is one I picked up earlier this summer that is soo random and crazy cool, I just had to have it. 1st thing that drew me in was that it came down to my mid calves and that it is just soooo different. This is a must have for anyone that loves fashion!
You can make it as short or as long as you want and has script in gold, black, random metallic colors just on one side! I got the mauve but it also comes in Grey and Black. Even though, yes I would totally do this as a summer scarf on a chilly day, it is definitely a fall essential. I can't believe I'm sharing this find!!! Juicy Couture-$68 or $78. One of the 2. Also while speaking of scarves......go grab your perfect summer scarves now because a lot of them are on sale! Also BCBG max azria has gorgeous silk blend pashminas for half off.

These are just too fantastic for words. I love love love crazy tights and has to add these! I got them in black and are fabulous. Today I found these nude tight with these black vertical line going down.....and I'm making them sound really ugly but they are fantastic I promise! I just purchased these at RevolveClothing.com. They are by Pavonine and are on sale for $58 from $105. Sweet deal if you ask me. Very Miss Momson(who I freaking adore).

These don't really need an into. Balenciaga nude opaque sunglasses-$305(sale price)

Okay so I've let you into some of my private darling purchases. What are some of your secret finds? A list below will also help you out with some other things that I may have bought this summer and feel you can benefit or build from them or the ideas! Have fun.

Peace and Love
S

leather shorts (Bird by Juicy Couture Butter Leather Shorts)

ripped/torn leggings (LnA Olivia Thrashed Leggings)

Siwy Denim (hannah jean......all of them)

mini skirt (Robert Rodriguiz Printed Mini, Ali Ro Mini Draped Silk Skirt)

casual and cocktail dresses (Elizabeth and James, T-Bags)

And the Carlos Faichi Small Microfiber Graffiti Satchel

He is in There and You're on the Outside

Tonight I ran to the mall to do a return(ohh my gosh, shut up, did I really go shopping again?) Why yes I did thank you and yes I know I have a serious addiction here but it's wedding season and that requires extra time to be dedicated to my almost already booked days of shopping. Moving on; So instead of returning I just found something else that was freaking great to add to one of my girlfriends gifts and after that I 'accidentally' took a wrong turn and ended up in BCBG Max Azria where I continued to say, "ohh that's perfect! yes, I'll take that as well." Thankfully I got my butt back to Nordstrom where the clock struck 9 and my Vera Wang Lavender 'Millie' Flat flew off and I was out the door with 1 shoe and 3 bags with tissue overflowing. I think the mall or say the fairy tale "ball" has had enough of me. But don't worry I had other plans.

I went to a magical place where the closing time isn't until 10pm. A place I like to call shop, eat pizza hut, and drink your Frappachino as you go........Target! Since no designers are running lines right now I immediately skipped over to skincare. Now Since I was running late tonight, I was unable to grab my Keihl's Cucumber toner and Avocado Eye Cream. I just didn't know what to do so I did what any other smart chica would do. I went through every single toner I could find. I'm on a very strict acne regimen with my dermatologist so I didn't want to mess up his flow but my skin is sooo dry and disgustingly broken out from stress, I really needed an extra product. After seeing that EVERYTHING contained salicylic acid(which is an absolute NO for me), I finally ran into a great toner called Boots Expert Anti-Blemish Toner and it was just perfect and my skin feels great! I also decided that although I may have been a disastrous, messed up, caretaker(to my dad), skinny, with 6 inch roots; That was no reason to not ever put make-up back on. So I also grabbed some make up remover from Sonia Kashuk which I didn't think anything great of until I got home and googled it and it's won best make up remover for years. I'm pumped how. I'm putting all the goods of these lovely lids and lashes tomorrow! Okay and that's all about Target because I just got really bored about it all the sudden. I will say this though; Target is amazing. I would probably say like 20% of my wardrobe right now is from there. I have a lot of the Zac Posen, Rodarte, Luella, Proenza Schouler, and many more of the great lines that were created for Target by some of my favorite designers. (the fabric is nothing like the real and some of it does sometimes look cheap but believe me if you look you will find a shining star piece for your collection.)

That was an intro leading into some pieces from here and there that I would like to share with you from my lovely purchases this summer. Yes, I might have not been in the right state of mind but when I'm not in the right state of mind is when I do my best shopping. There are 6 places you could have caught me June-present.....the hospital, the rehabilitation center, at home helping my mother with everything we needed to do for my dad once he got home(still doing that), therapy, visiting my fellow crazy hot bitch Maggie, and at every shopping site you can think of in Pittsburgh, PA. If I wasn't there I was making sleeping concoctions that didn't work and writing songs and poems about how fucked up insomnia is, in one of my thousand notebooks I have thrown around the house. Yep, that was it! I just decided we'll go ahead and make this a two piece article because it's already quite long and I have a lot of photos for the next section.

She Had Two Loves and Lots of Shoes

All of my days and nights over the past month or so have all been thoughts of fabulous footwear. And when I say fabulous I am saying that when you walk into a room all eyes will be on the your gorgeous gams and luscious stilettos. For this piece I picked one of my favorite designers since I was little and pulled five of my favorite pairs to show you. I hope you enjoy! *Just a side note.....All of these shoes are all $240 or less. The designer is Badgley Mischka.

The Eavan Open Toed Pump with Crystal Encrusted Brooch. 4 1/4 inches. $200. (shown above in nude satin)

The Randee T-Strap Sandal with luxurious floral detailing. 4 1/2 inches. $200. (shown above in gold satin)
The Platinum Hart Sequined Pump. 4 1/2 inches. $190. (shown above in black/silver sequins)

The Elani Metallic Sandal with Mesh Oversized Bow. 4 1/4 inches. $190. (shown above in black satin w/black and gold bow)

The Tai Pump with Tiered Leather Ruffle Detail. 4 inches. $170. (shown above in ice)

All of the shoes shown above are available at selected Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Various Boutiques, and a handful of Online Stores. The most amazing thing about these shoes is that I actually discovered them at www.amazon.com. And further more while I was viewing I couldn't find my favorites in the color I wanted so I took the name and shoes name and googled. And I found them for even less expensive! And to top it off, all of this collection is available in about 4 different colors per shoe. Please let me know your favorites!

More about the designers.........In 1988, Mark Badgley and James Mischka, two Parsons grads and romantic partners, borrowed $250,000 from their families to realize their vision of glamorous, Old Hollywood–style gowns. Quick praise from heavyweights like Vogue poured in for the unique, often hand-beaded creations, but true Cinderella moments came in 1996, when both Winona Ryder and Teri Hatcher achieved red-carpet nirvana in Badgley Mischka gowns. They designed the second wedding dress worn by Charlotte York on Sex and the City and scored the Olsen twins as spokesmodels in 2006. Despite money woes, they found financial backing in parent companies like Escada in 1993 and Iconix in 2004. The boys have gone bridal in a big way, adding engagement rings and bridesmaid dresses to their successful wedding repertoire. They also do dressed-up daywear, sportswear, and lingerie, but embellished eveningwear is still their calling card.

En Su Bolsillo

Although I always tend to be a pricey little shop-a-holic, we all know that I am a huge sucker for the guest designers creations every couple of months at Target. I think I did a run through of my closet, which nevermind I taped that and never put it up so I need to get my video blogging going, but anyways there is a good amount of the Target Guest Designer lines running around. The only concern that I have about these pieces is that they are done in junior sizing form. You always my be going up and down so you must try on. I usually go up a size or two if that is any indication. Sizing runs from 1-13 and XS-XL.

This early spring, Zac Posen graced us with his beautiful and now pieces as he did his line for Target. I give this line a 7 out of 10. I adore it but I can see how other may not. It's very fashion forward so if you don't usually shop for that kind of style you may not find it too appealing. I, for instance, love the line. It's amazing in your face designs are things you are not going to find elsewhere and for the price, I mean there are no words. The 1st things I would like to start with is the navy pant suit with the black detailing. This suit is very fierce and leaves you thinking of a very powerful woman. Perfect for the office and great to wear anytime. Take the regular cut pants for instance. Just throw on a black or white dressy tank and a solid colored high pump, and you are good to go. Same with the jacket. Fabulous to buy on it's own as well and you can use this both summer and winter pairing it with jeans, black dress pants, or even a great pencil or a-line skirt.

The Snap dress is the dress that I will feature out of this line. I grabbed this dress right away. *NOTE-must go up a size. The dress is in navy again with black and silver detailing. The cute is a major reason of why I loved the dress. It's very tight and gives a gorgeous fit, especially around the waist, cap sleeves, and a full skirt. I believe this would look amazing on everybody. The chest section in done in a low V with 3 or 4 pieces going across. That may be the only problem. I have a small chest so is did not cause any pulling or such but girls with bigger breasts may want to skip this one.

There is one skirt in the collection that is just to die. When you pass it on the hanger you look and say to yourself "what in the hell is that". What it is is the sexiest, ruched, pencil skirt with a gunmetal silver exposed zipper all the way down the skirt in the front. YOU MUST TRY ON. This was my favorite buy out of the collection along with a tie dye one piece swimsuit that is very sexy and has a great bottom on it.......well actually a no bottom on it. It's bazillion cut to the slimmest. Since this blog is so late I am sorry if some of the things are gone completely in your store. Great job Zac Posen........now if I could only afford your real work! Hope you guys all find something you love!

Oops I Did It Again

So remember how I always remind you that I have a sorta kinda shopping addiction for the finer things in life, well I totally fell off track in LA. Not bad or anything because believe me I could have gone nuts but I just should have been able to control myself and gotten out of the Beverly Center empty handed. That didn't happen though.

My friend dropped me off and told me I had 1 hour. He was no fun when it came to going shopping and getting lots of beautiful clothing and accessories so he refused to participate. Too bad though because I sure did see some darling hi top sneaks at Diesel that were just screaming his name. But anyways, let's move on. I lasted a whole 20 minutes until my 1st purchase. For me that's pretty good. Nothing bad happened with this purchase either. I got a new Lauren Moshi tank with cascading ruffles down the ass and sides. I used my own card and blah blah blah. I'm skipping throughout the mall just trying on really cool jeans, sexy bikinis, and the best part is is that I didn't even allow myself into several stores. Good example being D&G. I know for a fact I don't have any self control with it comes to those skin tight silk dresses with underwire cups. They just look way too damn good on to pass up!!!

Then something bad happened. I got to Henri Bendel. And like happy music started playing and I couldn't stop smiling. Ohh it was bad. I only made it a whole 5 feet into the store before I knew what I wanted. It was love at 1st site. The Debutante Asymmetrical Clutch in a black patent leather with gold detailing and lining of a deep purple silk. I have been looking for a clutch just like this. It was the perfect size!!! Compare it to the size of the Balenciaga Envelope Clutch. Then the salesgirl and I totally hit it off and she was telling me how LA is getting a Bergdorfs and how she has a shopping problem too and so on. Just adored her. Gave her the bag and said I would be back in 10. My friend had been calling on repeat and I felt really bad but I was in agony you know.

So just as I am walking out I stop in my tracks only 2 stores down, absolutely no where near the Blommie's entrance I was supposed to be at by now. I turn around and run back to Bendel's and get my bag. And believe me it was at a very good price point. It was only about $50 more than my Lauren Moshi. But the way I paid for it was the wrong about way.

You see before I left my mother gave me the "emergency credit card" for groceries and a nice dinner for my friend and I. And like everytime she gives me this she preaches "no clothes!" I think since I did such a good job by only putting Sabarros on it when I was in NYC a couple months ago, that she really started to trust me. I hope in the car and say to my friend, btw I spent the dinner money and if anyone asks we at at Bendel's. The Bendel's in LA doesn't even have a restaurant! Well at some point today my mother received the credit card bill. I got a horrific call screaming about the disappointment I had brought her....blah blah blah the usual. See now here's where I just don't happen to see the problem. I buy my mother expensive bags and jewelry all the time. I didn't see her complaining when she opened the like 8 caret topaz I bought her for no reason at all, or the Burberry bag and Umbrella she received last Christmas. And same with my father. He's sure not complaining about the $325 Burberry wallet he carries around now or the cashmere scarf! If I see something I know someone will love I get it. And my mom is the same way no matter what she says.

Back to the point. Of course she accuses me of getting a new cocktail dress. "This is the exact usual amount you spend on a dress. So where is it!" Which she is pretty right on point but thanks to my cocktail dress addiction she never once guessed I bought a bag. Then she goes into on how she went onto the Henri Bendel site and it stated that it was "A Girls Playground for Trendsetting Young Women". I totally played this off by giggling and say well that is true mom but I swear it really is where we ate dinner. And then she goes on and on with crap like "I just don't understand how a dinner can come to almost $300!" So then I threw in that we had a bottle of champagne as well. Whatever. See heres the thing she just totally doesn't get what the dining prices are in LA and NYC. She tried to compare them to the prices at the Monteray Bay in Pittsburgh. Umm yeah, no! So as the story goes we ordered really good food and got a bottle of champagne. She's onto me though. Totally onto me!

For your shopping pleasure here is the link to Bendel's and treat yourself to something nice! Everyone deserves it.

Last Dance With Mary Jane

Can there be such a thing as Benedryl withdrawal? If so, I totally have it. I am going on my 3rd night without without one of my dearest sleeping helpers and I am not liking it one bit. Benedryl and I have been together since Feb. of '07. It added an extra little kick to my klonopin everynight and would really usually help me get a whole nights worth of sleep. One time I had left my bottle of Benedryl tablets at a friends house when I lived in the Southside. My roomate and I were looking up and down throughout the apartment because I was on the verge on a Benedryl breakdown. Finally I remembered it was at my friends house and I drove those 10 blocks as fast as I could just to grab the bottle from him who though I was absolutely nuts. Hey but everyone knows how it is when your addicted to something.......you have to have it NOW!

I have also suggested this method to almost everyone who comes to me with sleeping problems. Since I am the Queen, I pretty much know all and if you can't get the good stuff all you're left with is OTC sleep aids. These drugs, I believe, leave you tired and weary the next day. But not Benedryl, for it is just fantastic! One of my best friends and I just shortened the name to "the Dryl". At least that's all she needs for sleep unlike myself where this "dryl" is just added to my sleeping potion I have designed over the years. Now even though I have a potion that would knock out a 800 pound man, I still am human and have sleepless nights. When these occur I throw a fit and get completely flustered thinking that it will become a regular action. See now there were about 3 months where I was took my sleeping potion to a whole new level and STILL couldn't sleep. This would drive anyone mad. And then right in the middle of my master potion plan Heath Ledger had passed away from a sleeping potion he made his own. I was threatened by several friends to quit because my potion was almost identical to Heaths. So then I got scared as well and took one of the ingredients out.

Now why I am writing this today is because I actually got a withdrawal sign this evening while shopping at Anthropologie. I was in line and all the sudden I started to sweat immensely. I tried to shake it off but just couldn't so I fast tracked it out of there and ran to the Panara a few shops down. I was seeing double by this point and ordered a small drink as fast as I could. Thank goodness to the Coke and the sitting I began to feel a tiny bit better but then it came back with avenges. I was soo embarrassed that I may have to use the Panara bathroom to throw up from lack of Benedryl. But don't fret guys, I hung in there and even though I was drenched in sweat and looked like I had just gone through war, I made it back to Anthropologie to purchase my goods. I mean gosh though you would have thought I was withdrawling from Vicoden or Xanax. Not fun! So if anybody knows if there is withdrawal from OTC Benedryl, I would be more than happy if you could let me know because I cannot come up with any other conclusions to my hot mess of an evening!

Ohh....I'm A Material Girl

Yes, okay it's true. You don't have to beat it out of me. I have a shopping addiction. But not just any shopping addiction, my shopping addiction is to the finer things in life. I mean why go to Forever 21 when across street is BCBG MaxAzria or why go to Aldo when you can get fabulous Jimmy Choos at Saks? And why get a necklace from anywhere but Tiffany's??(ok the last was was a lie because I do actually not like Tiffany's at all besides there diamonds. And their Diamonds are beyond....) Anyways! So let me just put you in my shoes for a day. What you're about to experience is highly fucked up but it's a true life of a shopaholic.

And zone out.......you're at work. Of course you work in fashion and of course you work in upscale fashion. You leave your store of Burberry to go next door for your 15 min break. You run into LV and kiss kiss everyone then tell them what you have in mind for this week. "Something fab that no one else would even think of having. Omg yes that's it! Ohh it's Limited Edition! Perfect. OMG. Yes. Bye bye kiss kiss." You return to work with your special smirk on your face letting all of your coworkers know that you are up to no good. You count down the next 2 1/2 hours till you go to lunch. And to fill the time you do try on's of the new London Spring Collection pieces that have just arrived. "Well I'm going to have to get this and if I get this I want this to go with. Ugh okay so how much would that be with my discount.....$1140. Well I mean that's totally worth it. These two are classic pieces I will wear for the rest of my life ya know?" Your friends give you the face of disgust in your shopping criteria. And for some reason none of their thinking ever relates to yours so you ignore and stare at the cocktail dress with matching ruffled trench. Perfect buy!

Yes! It's lunch hour. A whole hour......totally not to be used on things such as eating!!! You have things on hold in the Saavy Dept. at Nordstroms and you have to go grab and pay for the canvas/leather/thick chained LV bag that is being wrapped for you. *Note-Always get everything wrapped so at least when you feel down about yourself(maybe cause you spent your entire paycheck in one day), you can look at all the lovely gifts that you bought just for you in the corner of your room.) Grab bag, kiss kiss, and off to Saavy. Perfect timing.....50 min to go! Finally at Saavy you see all your favorite girls who of course no you by name, size, and always giving great commission. I mean hello you have a sick bod and are a perfect 2. Life couldn't get much sweeter than that when you are shopping high end. Everything fits you perfect so it's always a win win situation. Ohh now you remember what's on hold. The girls put away your fav Mike & Chris leather jacket that you've been craving for a month now and it just went to %50 off. $500 always beats $1000 you think. What if you never find this jacket anywhere else and miss out on this opportunity? You can't let that happen!!! Ohh and the girls are so great they already pulled a brand new dress from Alice & Olivia, 2 James Perse tees, a huge sweater wrap and mini skirt from Elizabeth & James, and the D&G corset that is to die for that just went on sale! Perfect!!!! No to the Alice & Olivia and fuck D&G for making a size 38 zip maybe only 3 inches up my back! And the girls can't locate it in a 40 Black anywhere!!! Ugh this sucks. Okay okay no prob whatever. I'll take the rest! You just love it. Ohh and please hang all and dress bag them. Kiss kiss goodbye! OMG did you just spend all that? This is totally why you don't bother with looking at the receipt. Too depressing. Run into Juicy Couture and grab that Chain Rocker looking bracelet you've been eyeing.

You head back into work with bags in tow and tell everyone that you got the greatest deals(LIE-you only bought 1 thing on sale), and brag about where you are going to where them too. Another 4 hours of work......blah blah blah. You put the pieces you pulled earlier back on the floor because they are just going to have to wait until next paycheck because this one might be almost done. Let's call PNC and check! OMG $72. WTF! How the hell did you spend almost $$$$$$$$ today? Ehh whatever you love your things. You have your last and final 15 min break of the day and just thinking that you burned through your paycheck is making you want to burn through this last $72. You head over to Sephora and grab some your favorite Bliss scrub and cream in Orange and Black Pepper. Ok now it's all gone. Time to relax.

Andddddddd.........yes that used to be me! I don't know how I used to do that and not even blink an eye about it. I was absolutely crazy. And I didn't stop after the malls......I went home and shopped for my favorite designers online as well. Don't you worry. Now I do still carry a shopping problem but I am getting much better with it. Or at least I am trying VERY hard. Well especially because the unemployment checks aren't really racking in for much extra than the necessities. Now I use my Victorias Secret $10 off coupons. Only go to the Saavy dept. to say hi to your friends that used to dress me.(ok and maybe grab 1 thing) And skip out on all the trips to Sak's and Shayside. I think I actually bought enough in the past 3 years to truly keep me on the best dressed list for quite some time. A treat to me today isn't a Burberry Trench but rather a new Chanel polish or costume jewelry from Kate Spade. Not what I would exactly dream of but hey my extravagant buying really just gave me a high for the day. And now, being happy and well, I have a happiness high almost all of the time. I think I got the better deal!

Peace & Shopping
