About Me

This is the most truthful bio I can deliver. I'm just a normal girl/woman with a huge heart. I am a huge dork and I wouldn't change that about me at all even though some have tried. It took me 27 years to learn how to love myself and be comfortable just being me. I get very sad sometimes and I, nor anyone else can figure out why. I'm in love with love. It changes everything. I believe in going after what you want, no matter how hard you have to fight. If I could be anything in the world I would be a recording artist and tour all around the world and hire all my best friends to come with me. When I fall in love I fall hard and sometimes have a hard time letting go. I've had my heart broken twice. And I deserved it. Love is a great learning lesson, for it lets you see clearly how treating the ones you love poorly can reflect and make those sad. I have faith. And this is where I start to cry. I fight everyday of my life basically for my life. I've been through a lot and I don't think it's fair. I think life is crazy but you have to keep believing even though all you want to do is give up. I'm so blessed to be surrounded by the people I love. I can stand in the mirror and dance in my bra and underwear for an hour to my blasting ipod. I don't believe in growing up. I am a very hard worker and have a lot of passion for what I love to work on. I laugh a lot and it's my favorite thing to do. Smiling to me is a blessing because for a long time I didn't. A lot of people look after me a little too much. I would like sometimes to just be normal and go have fun without people looking after and worrying about me. I don't think its fair that my friends and I are separated by so many states. I sing like a maniac in my car, shower, bedroom, living room, bar, and the stage. I would rather go to a dive bar with good live bands than to a club any day. I don't like makeup even though I feel pretty when I do wear it. I believe in fairytales and soul mates. I love when people are truly themselves and feel free in their skin. I don't judge and do not like people who do. I am excited to one day have a family and understand all this "just wait until you have children" thing is all about. I am an only child but I have many sisters. And I would like to dedicate this piece to you: Tera, Michelle, Bekah, Allison, Aaron, Carolyn, Whitney, Maggie; I would be NOTHING without you guys. I hope everyone finds themselves because its a beautiful feeling and I hope you all reach for the stars and sing and dance at all times. Being happy is the most wonderful thing you can feel. And I finally feel it. And I'm crying again.

I Wrote It With Lipstick On The Bathroom Mirror

Hi my loves! Don't have too much time today but while I am here at my favorite spot, the library, I decided to write a short post. I adore this post already and I hope it can help many of you out there when standing in Sephora or the makeup department of Nordstrom and being overwhelmed with all the products. I am a product whore. I buy anything and everything. Most goes unused because if you know me I usually never have a stitch of make up on but for some reason I get a fabulous high when I buy it!

1st you have to have your essentials. These are truly the only things that I usually where and that's why they are must haves:

1. Philosophy's Hope In A Jar moisturiser. It runs around $42 but is a great investment. I tend to break out from here to there and I have to be careful about my moisturizers due to that. This one is PERFECT!

2. Jack Black Intense Therapy Lip Balm in Lemon and Chamomile. BEST lip balm I have ever found. received it as a sample one day and was immediately hooked. MUST HAVE!

3. Bliss Best of Skintentions, all skin types Moisturizer. Love it Love Love it! And not that bad on the price end either. This is what I currently use.

Now on to my top picks for Makeup. Now like I said, I totally do not like to wear makeup, but if I do I love to go all out and these are the best products, in my eyes, to do so.

1. Mac Select Cover Up
2. Make Up Forever foundation in HD (I HATE foundation but this is fabulous!)
3. Make Up Forever HD powder.
4. Eyelash Curler by Shu Uemura
5. Chanel Eyeshadow Palette in #14 mystic eyes
6. Bobbi Brown Gel-Eyeliner(most amazing product I have ever purchased. I would swear my life on it. Comes in almost every color you could imagine and doesn't move once on.)

7. Smashbox Brow Tech (AWESOME!!!!! And this is one of those things you can add to your moisturiser look. Eyebrows are a essential focus point of the face and this product allows you to actually shape your brows, lengthen and arch.)
8. Nars Blush in Orgasm
9. Diorshow Mascara (no words can be said about how wonderful this mascara is. I get asked constantly if I have on fake eyelashes) Favorite Product Ever. I think it's been over 5 years I've been using this so I can officially call myself a Diorshow Whore. Just get it!
10. Bobbi Brown Lipstick in #2 Beige
11. Sephora Professional Angled Eyeliner Brush #23. Best brush I have ever owned. This brush plus Bobbi Brown Gel-Eyeliner=Perfection
12. Diorshow Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum. Use under mascara as a primer and also use before bed and leave it on overnight to help with eyelash growth and strength.
13. Urban Decay Eyeshadows. They are the best in pigment and have a huge wonderful palette of colors for you to choose from.
14. Dolce & Gabbana Lipgloss Glossy #50. Sexiest Nude shade and best gloss you'll ever use. hard to find and pricey but worth it!
15. STILA One Step Correct. Most Amazing (at least for me) Primer with/or without foundation, for the face. Instantly corrects uneven skintones and makes skein feel & LOOK amazing!
16. STILA Smudge Stick Waterproof Eye Liner in Stingray. My eyes are horrible with liner and it goes everywhere. The Bobi Brown is wonderful due to this cause it does not move but for a simple daily liner, THIS IS AMAZING! Doesn't budge! Hands down daily must have. (all Stila products I rate pretty high...also try the Convertable Color pots. T die.
**I usually do not wear foundation although I listed the one that I do own and use when needed. Invest in a good foundation brush. This is key. If you want to skip the foundation(which I do 90% of the time) just cover any dark circles and only cover up blemishes if you much. Your blemishes will heal faster without piling cover up on them. It's not worth it and believe me everyone has zits so who are you trying to impress.

Now onto the body and hair!!!

Bliss anything!
1. Bliss Blood Orange and White Pepper body butter
2. Bliss Blood Orange and White Pepper sugar scrub
3. Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Eye Mask(fab!)
Now these run a little high but are worth every penny and last a lot longer because they are good products so you just needs to use tiny amount unlike products you would get at Target. $35-$54

I have fine straight hair so I wouldn't suggest these to those of you who are lucky and have lush think locks. I have tried everything under the sun and these are the best!

1. Aveda Phomollient Styling Foam
2. Aveda Volumizing Tonic
3. Aveda Pure Abundance Hair Potion(like a dry shampoo but for volume. Amazing!
4. Chi Large Round Brush
5. Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Shampoo
6. Bumble and Bumble Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner
7. You Curl curling iron without clasp for sexy beachy waves. Infiniti by Conair

Make sure that you clean your makeup brushes on the regular as well. Very important for your skin and your makeup. I use Daily Makeup Brush Cleaner in the spray by Sephora. I hope this post helps you choose the next time you are stuck. If you have any questions about these products, feel free to message me. Yes, they are a bit more pricey but put in that extra $20 and get these of quality. Worth every dime!

Peace and Love

Livin' In Sin Is The New Thing

1,2,3
Not Only You and Me

My fabulous Britney Spearssss came out with a new single today. It's about threesomes. This summer I was really enticed by threesomes. There was a month where that's all my focus went. I believe, of course, Max Martin and Britney were thinking of me when this song was in production. Now I've never gone through with the whole threesome thing, but have any of you guys??? Believe me I don't judge a soul and I think it would be awesome if you have and I would love to know the deets of how this whole thing goes down. Was it a special occasion with your boyfriend or girlfriend? Was it after a heavy night of drinking? I find it all very intriguing........but you are talking to the girl who's favorite thing to wear around the house are sexy bras and panties or pieces of lingerie. I have a bad girl side for sure. I don't hide it. And I wouldn't change me for anything!

Now speaking of bad girls.....let's have a quick talk about Britney through the times. First she did a couple really sweet albums then the album "Britney" came out which featured "Slave 4 U". A little more mature sexy side of Britters. And well then it was just uphill from there. With the fabulous "In The Zone", she featured songs regarding make up sex, masturbation, and my ultimate favorite "Breathe On Me". This was truly when Britney started to show her true colors. With this album, Britney took the stage wearing hot, sexy lingerie, and nude body suits. The Onyx Hotel tour will always be my favorite. It was daring, sexy, and soo out there that you just couldn't take your eyes off the stage if you tried. Well and then came Blackout, Britneys best album she had ever created. Unfortunately Blackout wasn't promoted properly due to Britney's illness, but if you ask any hardcore Britney fan, everyone will always say, Blackout is by far the best. And today we have Circus. An adorable but not fabulous album. If You Seek Amy would have have to be my favorite recording from the album.
I think, 3, is a great promo song for her 2nd Greatest Hits collection going on sale this November.

Three is a charm
Two is not the same
I don't see the harm
So are you game?

You all tell me! Muah!

Other girls that tried to get into DC

Look at this picture... nah look at it closer!!!!!!!!!!!! Beyonce and Kelly are there but who the hell is that trying to make out they are LaTavia and LeToya. That is NOT LeToya or LaTavia.... WTF is going on ... did they have body double for the girls to make out they were all still together. I am confused!!!!!!!!!

Nicole keeps an eye on her man!

LOL Look at Nicole in the background watching Lewis's reaction to Beyonce. She is like " at least I wear my own hair... look at this dry shit... better give that horse back his tail bitch"

Solange and Oprah

I am sure if you check your twitter page for Solange tomorrow, the media whore will be continually posting updates on it that she is with Oprah. Girl, Oprah only wants you cos of your sister lol. That must hurt.

They say it is all about "hair" but we really know its about Beyonce... watch her face when Oprah says "And her famous sister Beyonce".... SMH

Solange will be on the Oprah show tomorrow!

LeToya about to be dropped!!!!!!!!!!

LeToya Luckett is about to be dropped from her record label!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Capitol Records have bascially said if "Regret" doesnt do well then its over for LeToya. Considering they did hardly any promotion for her album and left it mainly to blogs are we really surprised. The song choices were wrong.... or right but in the wrong order and nothing seemed to be pushed!

Kelly is the black Posh Spice?

Kelly Rowland continues to make her mark in the fashion world. The gorgeous singing star sat front row at the DSquared2 fashion show.

Apparently, that is what people are starting to say. Kelly is making a name for herself in the fashion world and is secretly thinking about making her own clothing line. One that would put House of Deadwrong (Dereon) to shame!!! I hope she does...

Sun glasses inside = fail in my book!

Lindsay Lohan and Beyonce fight over rooms!

Lindsay Lohan and Beyonce fought it out for the biggest dressing room at F1 Rocks - and we lapped up the drama.
LiLo, who was hosting the event for Channel 4, had asked for the best dressing room in the house at Fort Canning, Singapore. But there was a small problem - so had Beyonce.
Bey wanted it decked out in white, with authentic local cushions, and a minimum of four lit mirrors.
Even though she hasn't got a curve out of place she also asked for a mini gym and slimming shakes on her rider, plus champagne and vodka for her pals. What Bey wants, Bey gets. And when Lindsay came on site earlier in the week, she clocked the huge room - and claimed it herself.
All well and good and LiLo was happy all week - until Saturday when Beyonce arrived, with a 70-strong entourage in tow. Her giant security guards ordered LiLo to clear the area to prepare for her grand entrance.
And poor old LiLo was forced to slum it.

Surprise surprise!!! Beyonce is NOT a DIVA remember *rolls eyes*

Apologies

The new site may not be happening LOL But we will be giving this place a BIG facelift...

Updates coming shortly today so keep checking back

Love yall!

That Lengendary Divorce Is Such A Bore

For some reason getting older just turns on the tears for me. I mean who wants to get old? This just all sucks! Anyways, tonight I am doing a special blog dedicated to the people, places, and things, that helped me make and break it this year!

1st off I would really like to give a huge thanks to the makers of Prozac and Klonopin. Without my anti depressant and heavy tranquilizer, I truly don't know where I would be today. Ok yeah I do. I would probably still be here but I sure wouldn't be a happy camper. I need my serotonin releaser to do that for me. Thank a million. Ohh shoot, I almost forgot.......my vicoden. Love you lots. Secondly I have to give shout outs to everyone in my camp. Camp Sarah is a group of great people that work with me everyday! Just like Camp Britney....ya know? Here's to all of my psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, dermatologists, chiropractors, doctors, and nurses! I totally just took a shot for you guys! Big time thanks to all of my lovely Cope bitches for camping it out with me for a couple months. Good times, good times. Ohh and with that I have to thank the makers of Yatzee, Apples to Apples, and Catch Phrase.

For the major changes in my body, I have to thank God. Thank you soo much from taking me from a 32AA to a full 32B. You have no idea how much I appreciate them everyday and how many gorgeous clothing pieces I get to wear to show them off. I also have to thank you, God, for the cute ass you added onto me as well. I just adore it.......and well pretty much so does every one else. Specially the boys, if you know what I mean!

These are just some of my favorite products that if I went without I wouldn't be the woman I am today:

Dior Show
Nars Blush in Orgasm
Coca-Cola
My iPhone
Dior Sunglasses
Pepperoni Pan Pizza
Simply Lemonade w/Raspberry
Nike
Ensure

Now I have to thank the things that are no longer in my life but I did used to love earlier in the year. White 1996 Honda Civic. RIP. Marlboro Lights. I'm sooo glad we broke up. You are gross! Hard alcohol. I think I loved you the most. We just weren't good for eachother. I hope you can understand. Bad Boys. I haven't quit you guys just yet but I'm trying, I'm really really trying.

This is my happy person of the year. Well she's not really happy but hey at least she's tamed and on the correct meds! Thank you Britney Spears for still being here! Just love you!

Dancing, Rafa, boys, shopping, huge bags, great sunglasses, skimpy bikinis, chiffon and silk lingerie, chanel polishes, grande vanilla lattes w/an extra shot of espresso, Nordstrom, my wonderful discount at Burberry for Christmas time, and Courtney Love for giving me the chance to decipher your amazing tweets!

And last but far far far from least.........my friends and family. My precious sorority sisters, whom I really can't even imagine my life without you all, Aaron, Cope biatches, and my great friends that reside in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. Thanks to you all for going through this roller coaster ride of a year with me and giving me the love & strength to keep pushin' on when I felt like giving up. I Love You.

Peace and Love

Don't You Know Who I Am

Remember My Name.......FAME!

As one of the greatest movies displaying the performing arts and if I can think, the only movie made about a Creative and Performing Arts high school, Fame is at the top of it's game. On Friday a new updated version was presented to the world. Bravo and good work! I went and saw Fame (2009) today and found it hard to sit still I wanted to get up and sing and dance so bad. Just like the original we saw talented actors, dancers, musicians, and singers trying to make there mark on the world and be the best that they can be at their craft. The most relatable and riveting thing about Fame, both versions, are the characters drive and passion for what they are doing. You don't find this much and many never experience it.

I have experienced that sort of drive and insane passion for a craft that if I wasn't the best, I would rather die. It's the greatest feeling in the world. Myself, a former attendee of Pittsburgh's Middle School for the Creative and Performing Arts, and CAPA, aka, Pittsburgh's high school for the Creative and Performing Arts, was a dedicated artist till the end. The movie is basically a duplicate of what these schools are really like. It's a liberal, energetic, passionate place. Everyone is practicing all the time, dancing in the lunch line was normal, busting out in song in an academic class was normal as well. That's just how it was, and I wouldn't have changed it no matter what. It was a magical place where kids could all come together, no one was outcast, and be one. For we all had the same dream. Success.

I don't know if any of you have loved something soo much and if you didn't do it it felt like a part of your soul was missing. I have. And I feel very blessed to have felt that way. If I close my eyes and turn on Tchaikovsky, I can still feel it. I was a dancer, and I was going to be the best god damn dancer in the world! I practiced my craft up to 7 hours a day 7 days a week. But so did all of my friends. We were some dedicated people. I remember my 8th grade graduation show and our choreography was to the song Fame. Myself and another young ballerina, came out towards the end and played the ballerina in the movie. Little did I know 7 years later I would be standing on a Broadway stage jumping up and down because I received a callback to play this character on Broadway. A dream come true(that I royally f'd up by skipping my callback because it was at the same time of my 4th American Idol callback. FML.) The worst about this "performing bug" is that you never lose it. I have been trying to get rid of it for 4 years now and I just can't seem to shake it. I guess when you dedicate yourself to an art since the age of 4 and never leave it's side, it's kind of hard to lose. And maybe it's the fact that, dancing, is really all I've ever known.

This is the biggest run on piece I have ever written but maybe it was important for me to get this out there and get back to where my heart is and do what I am supposed to be doing. Performing is my heart and soul and like I said, it's just not shaking off too well. I really hope all of you have found or have had your passion because it truly is the best feeling in the world. So what were all of your dreams? And if you aren't doing them.......what are you waiting for? Life is to short.
Peace and Love

We Don't Need No Thought Control

As we all know, the 2009 G-20 convention was held in Pittsburgh, PA this year. With this being my current residence, I decided to get in on the action.........well in on all this protesting I kept reading about. I woke up Friday morning and was watching the news(RARE!!!!) and saw that there was going to be an anti war peace march taking place. I was totally down for this. I also saw one of my best girlfriends from middle and high school holding a 90 minute silent protest. And if she could do this then I could too!

I went and put on my best umm protesting gear I guess you could call it. A long black full skirt that folded over at the waist and a green tee from the 1981 Pittsburgh Great Race. Braided my hair, did some heavy black eyeliner, and threw on some flip flops. I totally looked the part!!! But that's when the fun stopped. I jumped into my car and headed towards Oakland where some of the protests had been taking place. I was cruising, listening to Britney, trying to see where I would fit in best. Finally I parked the car and got out and kinda just stood there, just pacing around these so called protesters to see what I was supposed to do. I also thought I looked mega cute and was hoping to meet a hottie fighting for whatever he believed in. Didn't happen. So I stood and stood and finally shouted out "Make Love Not War"! After my great impact on society I figured it was time to hang up my protesting skills until next year. Put my Britney CD back on and took it home. I hope you all get the great chance to experience what I did! Thank you, thank you.

Peace and Love

Who sang it better? Beyonce or Brandy?

BEYONCE - SLOW LOVE

BRANDY - SLOW LOVE

You decide!

Solange and Beyonce do another ad.

Both look gorgeous and seem to have exactly the same figure!

LeToya talks about rejoining Destinys Child

In a recent interview LeToya discusses rejoining DC and what it should involve.

Would you reunite with Destiny's Child if the opportunity presented itself?

I wouldn't mind it. All of us would have to be on the same page about everything. The respect would have to be there for everyone. We would have to know that we're going out there to do this for the fans and that's it. I don't know.

Would it have to be the original quartet or would you do it as a quintet?

It would need to be about eight of us. [Laughs] But I would love to be out there onstage with the girls again and have that time. It's been about 10 or 11 years.

If they were to all rejoin I think it would be great PR and also great for the image of Beyonce etc to have all that former members on stage. All doing an album, and all sharing out the lyrics etc. I think that would be an amazing comeback. What do you think?

Kelly Rowland: "No DC Reunion"

Kelly Rowland exclusively told 3am: "We're not getting back together, they're just rumours.
It seems people are thirsty for it to happen, but it's not on the books.
"Michelle is playing Roxie Hart in Chicago, I'm working on my solo album, and Bey's got her own things going on."
Aww, shame! Kelly scotched the rumours as she helped volunteers at a community centre in London for Orange RockCorps She is also performing in tonight's Orange RockCorps gig alongside Nas, Razorlight and her dance partner David Guetta.

I am so sad about this. Soon it will be too late for them to reform.... no one will care by then.

Beyonce: New Film Role

Beyoncé's name has been linked to a remake of the classic film 'A Star is Born'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the singer's name has "surfaced in connection with the lead role" but she is "not officially involved at this point".
'A Star is Born' tells the story of a young hopeful who becomes involved with a major male

Guess I Need You, Baby

So this week hasn't been one that I would like to highlight. Monday I was broken up with. This is the second year in a row I was broken up with the week of my birthday. Last year the guy that I had been dating for 3-4 months broke up with me over a text message. Yes, a text message. At least this one was far more polite and called. Neither of these LOSERS meant anything to me but in honor of the time when I REALLY used to love boys I liked and dated, aka college era, I would like to dedicate this blog to all of my many broken hearts. When it felt like nothing could cure my never ending tears over coke dealers, frat boys, cokeheads, college drop outs, and overall losers; I immediatly reached for a handy mix that cured it all. People I could relate to, singing about things that I was feeling. Lonely-check. Loser-check. Hopeles about Love-check. It was called the LOVE MIX and it was put together by me or my equally nutty best friend. Some have had to witniss us listen to these mixes and cry ourselves into a drunken stuper, scream "why god why doesn't he love me?", and sing along with the sad songs answering any questions the singer may ask us. Have you every found the one you've dreamed of all your life???? "Yes! Brandy I have!"

Now I'm sure you guys want to hurry up and get on your iTunes and get your love mix rolling. Here are some classics we have used in the past and I'm sure there are many more out there now a days. After my shitty week, I think I'm going to pour myself a glass or 5 of wine, pop in my "Love Mix 2002", and get this cryfest on the road. Here are some GREAT options for you to start off:

Brandy-Have You Ever
Brian McKnight-Anytine
David Grey-This Years Love
Allure feat.112-All Cried Out
Britney Spears-Everytime
Bonnie Raitt-I Can't Make You Love Me
Toni Braxton-Unbreak My Heart
Janet Jackson-Again
Incubus-Echo
Aaliya-One in a Million
Jeff Buckley-Hallelujah
Death Cab for Cuties-Lack of Color
Boys II Men-Water Runs Dry

Feel free to add! Hope you all enjoy on a bad heart day!

Farrah's TV Show - More Info

Well we have more details on Farrah's new show. Apparently, this is for hot woman and whether their good looks are a blessing or work against them.

Im not being mean but that does sound kinda lame. I wonder if any TV companies have picked up on it. I doubt it! Anyway, auditions are tomorrow so if you want to go then email her.... or find her on twitter.

I thought we stopped all this foolishness

Terrorists After Beyonce!!!!

SINGER BEYONCE KNOWLES is being targeted by Islamic extremists trying to force her to scrap a gig.
A right-wing Muslim party claims the star's sexy outfits and provocative stage routines are "immoral" and a danger to the young.
They are threatening to "take action" to prevent her staging a show near Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur scheduled for October 25 as part of a world tour.
Two years ago US beauty Beyonce, 28, had to pull out of a gig in Malaysia over similar fears.
The Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party said: "This performance is not suitable for Muslims - her attire and behaviour onstage are immoral."

To be honest, I feel where they are coming from. But then again, are they not taking this too far? If you dont want to see the concert then dont go and see it.

Kelly on Beyonce

Kelly recently hit up a chatroom with producer Science in London. When asked about her relationship with Beyonce and whether they would do a song together..she replied:

"There is no songs in the works but we still talk... on the phone"

Sounds to me like they really have lost touch with eachother. I talk to people on the phone but I dont call them my friends... hmmmm... We used to see these girls everywhere together...regardless of other commitments. Its so sad.

Michelle Williams talk about making babies!

“Every now and then I think they are cute and I adore my three God children, but it’s a lot. I understand the whole nanny thing, but I want my children to fear me and know the power of my discipline, not some nanny, so I’ll need a little more time before I start a family (laughs),”

Shame... looks like Michelle does not have any plans for making babies soon...

LeToya's MTV photoshoot

She looks cute but needs to put some weight on. Look at those skinny legs!

I'm Like The Ringleader

Okay I have a major problem with a supposed fall staple piece. It's a jacket, kinda military looking, kind of MJ looking, kind of Circus Tour looking, and basically just kind of idiotic looking. I'm all for performance. I grew up on the stage. Do stage costumes belong on the streets??? Most likely no......unless your doing RENT and you are just dressed like a NYC lower eastsider stripper/aids protester. That ones cool. Other than that......costumes are costumes. Keep them on the set!

I'm sure you all know which piece I am referring to. It was named a top 10 must have for fall by the Daily 10 on E! and was recently seen on Beyonce(which I have to say if you are going to do this, PLEASEEEE invest and use the Alice and Olivia version). A&O is the only decent one I have seen so far. Don't go to Target or Contempo Casuals or Forever 21 and grab one of these. You'll look like a jackass.

So here is my final thought on the Embellished Military Jacket. Don't do it. Agree or disagree, I don't care but what I do know if that this jacket will be OUT just as fast as in came in. Leave it for the stage and go see the Circus starring Britney Spears(she wears a fab red one), or go on and watch/look through great old school MJ photos and video. He is the owner of this look and that's where we should keep it!

Peace and Love

Farrah is making a new TV show

Farrah Franklin is currently auditioning for a new TV show. She is said to be producing and casting the venture. There is no word on what the TV show will be about but I expect nothing but GHETTO Trash… I am sure we will love it.
If you are interested in being in Farrah's new show then all you have to do is email here for details:

Solange and Wale A Couple part 2

YBF are reporting the following:

Rumors hit the net a few weeks ago that Solange has a new man. And it’s D.C.’s own Wale. I chocked it up to the fact that they were performing together during a MTV VMA commercial break and somebody just ran with it for publicity. Plus they did a remix together for “F*ck The Industry”.

But there just may be some truth to it because Solange was indeed in the nation’s capital this past weekend at Wale’s birthday party at The Park on Fourteenth. Wale is also now signed to her brother in law Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation. And I hear the two were looking like much more than “just friends” celebrating a birthday. Well I didn’t see this one coming. Get it girl…

I wish she would just say if it was true or not. The fact that she is remaining silent says it all!

Capitol Records STOPS funding Lady Love Project

Capitol Records decided to stop the funding the “Lady Love” project. We all know the story. Now LeToya fans decided to start a petition to save the project:
Dear Capitol Records/ EMI Music.
The fans of LeToya Luckett believe she is a master at her craft. Over the past three years, her vocals and stage presence have greatly improved. Most artists these days do not evolve as she has, which shows how extremely dedicated she is. She has so much potential and has our full support to achieve ultimate success and she needs yours as well.
LeToya fans are EXTREMELY disappointed with the way you have been treating her and her “Lady Love” album thus far. We believe that she has proven she deserves the same promotion as her label mates e.g. Katy Perry. We fully understand that her first two singles did not push this album as we had all hoped, but with the lackadaisical promotion they were given we are not surprised. However, the third single, “Regret” featuring Ludacris, has already shown it has the potential to become her next smash hit single. We, the fans, have pushed this song into an enviable top 20 position without your support, but top 10, top 5 and even the big 1 can happen, but we need your backing.
We request that you provide, at the very least, the same promotion to that which her debut album received e.g. more than two or three TV performances, that send Regret for radio ads be given an official add date to build upon the strong airplay performance we have started, and provide LeToya with the budget reflective of a Grammy award winning, Platinum selling artist, with two #1 albums to her credit , so a successful “Regret” video can be produced and distributed. We understand that money does not grow on trees, and so far the album has not returned all of your investment, but we know believe that “Regret” can will change all of that with you your fully renewed support.
Thank you for reading,
LeToya fans, and people who love real R&B music

Hopefully Capitol Records wakes up when they realize how much of a dedicated fan base she has… They need to inject money into this project and we need a “Regret” video ASAP!

Beyonce's new Samatha Thavasa handbag

Beyonce makes another act of kindness

And it dont stop....

Kelly Rowland speaks on Kanye incident. AGAIN!

Wonderwall caught up with the former Destiny's Child singer at the Badgley Mischka show at New York's Fashion Week and quizzed her about how the 808s & Heartbreak rapper can crawl back into the public's good graces after cheesing off just about everyone.
"Just be a nice person," Rowland offered. "I think it came from a good place—it was just executed wrong. I love Kanye."
I dont like the get up she is wearing in that pic. It looks weird!

Alex to get Beyonce tour gig

Alexandra Burke is reportedly in talks to support Beyoncé on the European leg of her 'I Am' world tour.
The X Factor winner, who releases new single 'Bad Boys' on October 12, is allegedly planning to join Beyoncé for the 11 dates across the UK and Ireland.
"I can't confirm anything yet. But I'm hoping to be on the European leg of Beyoncé's tour," she told Flavour.
"She's a great support and a great friend and she's still my mentor in a way because everytime I've got a problem, I'm ringing her and she's the one who advises me."
The singer revealed that she formed a close friendship with Beyoncé while recording her debut album in the US.
"In the studio in New York I was singing and opening my eyes and my girl Beyoncé was standing there," she said.
"I went to cuddle her and cried. She said, 'You can't cry - we're friends now' and I cried some more. I was like, 'You can't tell me things like that. You're Beyoncé'."

Bless this girl, she is a true Beyonce stan and she deserve it! Good for her.

All Decked in Lace and Leather

We all have bad days. Some can be way worse than others and some are just you being shallow and silly. With the latter type of bad day, you can easily fix this problem. Now I am the OWNER of bad days.........rehab anyone??? But today it just seemed that everything was going wrong. I found out the guy I was dating is an idiot. I basically had to roll out of bed due to the immense pain I was in after playing tennis for 2 hours to impress this idiot knowing that my buldging disks were not going to like this. My hair, for some reason, all the sudden had disgusting roots. I was out of Vicodin. And to top off everything, I had lost 5 pounds!!!

Well after all this shit, I busted it to the doctors. Got a new script for pain meds, and arranged a meeting with the pain management team for trigger shots. I mean I've been working with a chiropractor 3-4 days a week for over a month and a half now and am not really seeing any type of results!!! After this I took my ass to Rite Aid and spent a lovely $30 on fucking Ensure Plus. Stuff tastes like poison and I have to plug my nose to swallow it but it puts the weight on better than anything in the world. I've been extra stressed and well when I get like that, no matter how many klonopin I pop, I drop weight like there is no tomorrow. So after all this shitty news and being back on the ensure diet, I popped a vic and headed to my sanctuary. Victoria's Secret.

I don't know what it is about this place but it's held me captive since I discovered the gorgeous silk nightgowns, lace panties, silk bras, and leather garters. I truly overspend here but to me it's the best money spent. To cheer me up today I decided on a hot pink see through lace mini nightgown that clings to every curve and stops just below my ass. Talk about hot! A pair of chiffon low cut thongs with ruffles on the elastic. And two new bras. One in a blueish-green color, a demi cut, and ruffled straps. Totally not practical but sooo adorable when dressing up for your boy. And another in a push up neon green. It was just to adorable to pass up. It actually cheered me up as soon as I passed it. As I checked out and was handed my pink bag with hot pink tissue on top, I was immediately much much happier.

This is my guilty pleasure. Everyone needs to know there is something out there to lift their spirits when feeling down, dumped, or in pain. Therapy is not always the answer. I particularly hate it and a trip to Victoria's Secret seems to do soo much better. So in this crappy world we live in, you are going to run into bad days whether you like it or not. Find something that makes you happy. For some it may be a new bag but for me it's lingerie. What can I say? So tonight when I go to bed I will be dressed in my fabulous new lace nightgown, I will feel beautiful and happy letting no pain, idiot, or ensure diet get to me.

Peace and Love

Michelle Williams Comforts Booted Sugababe Keisha

If you didnt know, the UK's version of Destinys Child girl group called Sugababes have just booted out one of their members. And this is not just ANY member. It is a bit like booting Beyonce out of Destiny's Child. It just shouldnt frickin happen! The UK is in stun mode.
Keisha (the gorgeous black girl in the picture above) had been a founding member of the group, over the past 10 years the girls have seen many line up changes (as did Destiny's Child) but Keisha ALWAYS remained in the group. They had recently signed with Jay-Z's ROC Nation and were about to take the US by storm. Unfortunately, the other two members and management ganged up on Keisha and booted her out of the group. They have already shot a music video with the replacement for Keisha, and the replacement was doing new vocals on their track LAST MONTH! WTF!

The media is reporting that at an event last night Keisha broke down in tears. Michelle Williams was there to offer her some support and to dry her eyes. What she said to her I do not know as Michelle was the replacement when LeToya and LaTavia got booted out.

A source said: "Michelle was the first to share words of encouragement. But it all got too much for Keisha, who started to cry in the middle of the party and Oritsé from JLS had to comfort her.

EXCLUSIVE: Lyndell Locke Interview (Beyonce's Ex)

SG: Hi Lyndell, thanks for taking this time out to talk with us.

LL: No problem.

SG: Now, we have heard many rumours surrounding your relationship with Beyonce and Im hoping you can clear some of them up for us. Firstly, what are you doing with yourself at the moment?

LL: Well, I am currently still living in Houston and working as a Chef. I am extremely passionate about my job and I love what I do. I have a good family and good friends so I couldnt ask for anything more than that. Life is good!

SG: Glad to hear that. How did you meet Beyonce?

LL: We were very young in our teens. From the same area in Houston. We knew eachother a long time. We were very close and very good friends. (silence)

SG: Ok, Define friends.

LL: (laughs) We would go out together, I would take her to the movies or we would eat out. Normal things teenage kids do. It was "puppy" love.

SG: So you were in love with Beyonce?

LL: Love is a strong word for a teenage relationship but we were very close and I cared ALOT about her. I still do.

SG: Are the rumours true that you got Beyonce pregnant and she had to have an abortion?

LL: You know, when I heard this rumour I was really upset by it. Unfortunately, at the time I was not able to speak on it and people were allowing the speculation to go around. Beyonce as far as I know did not have an abortion.

SG: So you and Beyonce did have a sexual relationship?

LL: No comment

SG: (laughs) Ok I think you answered that already. When you say you were not able to speak on things, what do you mean by that?

LL: I watched Destiny's Child grow, I knew all the girls and I saw them progress. I was there when they got their first deal, when they rehersed. I was a close member to the family even though some people didnt approve of me being there. The DC Empire looking back now was very cleverly orchestrated and every member of the team was under a microscope. Whether that was on a personal or working relationship. Anyone close to those girls, espeically Beyonce at that influencial time in her life was a threat. It was all about Focus, Focus, Focus. Apparently, boys dont equal focus which I kind of understand.

SG: Who were some people?

LL: Im still not allowed to say. But trust me there was and still is.

SG: You sound slightly bitter about the situation.
LL: I am slightly. I am sure if other people do not get involved Beyonce and I would still probably be together. At least be in contact.

SG: So you dont speak to Beyonce anymore?

LL: No, we have not spoken in a long time. I see her family sometimes around Houston but it isn't what it was.

SG: I get the feeling you were warned off.

LL: I dont really want to make any further comment on it.

SG: Ok. When you see Beyonce and how popular she has become how does it make you feel?

LL: Well obviously I am pleased for her. I think she has done amazingly well, just as much as the other girls. I knew LaTavia, LeToya and Kelly. They have all done so great. I wish them nothing but success. They are doing what they thrive off and so am I. I wish them nothing but good health and happiness.

SG: So you dont look at Jay-Z and be like "Oh that could have been me"

LL: (laughs) Not at all. I am in a very happy place in my life.

SG: Well thanks Lyndell for taking the time to explain your side of the story.

LL: No problem. Was great talking to you. Hopefully now I have cleared things up I can carry on living my life in peace. I wish nothing but success for them all.

Beyonce is going to Malaysia

Beyonce Knowles has taken it to her official site to confirm her upcoming performance in Malaysia, two years after she was forced to postpone her concert in the Muslim-majority country due to protests of her sexy image and clothing. "Beyonce for the first time ever has decided to make Malaysia part of her 'I am' World Tour," read the announcement on her website.

It is confirmed further that Beyonce will take the stage at a stadium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia's biggest city, on October 25. No further detail has been shared though.

Beyonce Knowles initially planned to hold a concert in Kuala Lumpur on November 1, 2007, but was forced to cancel it due to the country's strict dressing code rules. It was said that the R 'n' B songstress refused to abide with the strict dress code that forbids female performers to reveal skin from chest down.

At that time her talent agency simply said that the show was called off due to a scheduling conflict. Beyonce then moved her canceled show to neighboring country Jakarta, Indonesia which has less stringent rules about how performers should dress and behave.

Commenting on Beyonce's confirmation regarding her forthcoming performance in Kuala Lumpur, Sabki Yusof, youth vice head of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party, said Sunday, September 20 that they would send a protest note to the government over the concert. He argued that the government has the "responsibility to protect the people of Malaysia" from what he described as immoral western influences.

"We are not against entertainment as long as it is within the framework of our culture and our religion," Sabki said in a statement. "We are against western sexy performances. We don't think our people need that." Though so, Sabki assured that the group has no plans to disrupt the concert by the time of writing.

Fans are missing an Icon. Cue Beyonce

Now lets be real here. Michael Jackson has died and his fans are missing a living icon to worship. One they can touch, feel, see and relate too. In steps Beyonce. Since Michael Jackson has died you have seen more coverage of Beyonce doing Charity work, the VMA incident and now she is singing to cancer victims at her concerts. WTF! If you cant see it, I certainly can. Beyonce's management is cleverly trying to steal MJ fans so that she will become even more of an Icon.

Please tell me some of you are seeing this unfold. I am sure it is going to get worse in the following weeks. SMH
